The tradition says that the greatest gains will come from a regular sādhanā (spiritual practice) and I am committed to helping people deepen their awareness with a regular home practice.
❤ We have many responsibilities and our lives are busy and full. How do we practice with limited time, as little as 10 or 20 minutes?

My own practice has softened from a strict sādhanā to a more organic embodied home practice. Changes in my life - mobility issues, family responsibilities, children and travel have impacted the way I practice. Knowing that I feel best with a regular sādhanā, I have had to find creative ways to integrate spirituality into my life. When you work with me, I will share the practices, techniques and lesson plans I have used for years to maintain a practice at home.
