I'm so very delighted to have you apply for the Hatha Yoga Immersion. This is a 6 month course with biweekly live classes and weekly videos. The aim of this course is to help you develop sadhana, teach you yoga philosophy and help you find yoga as a "way of life". It would be my honor to have you! Please apply below <3

This is a small group sadhana and community building container. We support one another and uplift through mutual growth and learning. Though we are light hearted and playful, attendance and participation are critical to the mutual success of all. Do you agree to do your best?

Live class meeting time options: Live classes meet biweekly. Choose any or all that apply. We will choose a time based on the majority of applicants. Classes will be recorded. Required
